Last weekend Jane and I transferred the embryos for our first round of trying to get pregnant. We’re going through a fertility clinic in Thousand Oaks. We have a really great doctor there.
It’s been a very harrowing process. Surgeries and medicines and scans and probes. It’s been very difficult for Jane and I.
Here is a picture of the embryos. Two of them got an A- rating, which is still a A in my book. They are the two at the bottom right and left. Who would think that our child would be getting grades before they even entered the womb? Talk about pressure.

Don’t get excited yet! This is a three step process. We’re going to try this once a month for three months, and each time there is a 40% chance of getting pregnant. That’s actually pretty good. And she may be pregnant right now, but then again she may not.
This is a picture of her uterus with the embryos implanted. The white dot in the center is where the embryos are. Isn’t that cool?
